Our Mission

We aim to empower vulnerable women in Kenya by providing a safe environment, discipleship and mentorship, and life-skills training.

We are committed to breaking the cycle of poverty and fostering a brighter, self-sufficient, future for each girl and her community.

Everything we do is Christ-centered with a Biblical approach. We work hard to build intentional, healthy relationships with our women, staff members, and donors.

In Kenya’s Kiambu region, many young girls are forced to work in tea fields to support their families. These fields often expose them to abuse and hardship, leaving them without an education and carrying deep trauma. The Neema Girls Project offers a safe haven—empowering girls through education, support, and a strong sense of hope.
