Grace John
Founder and Executive Director
Grace discovered her passion for helping girls find hope and healing from trauma in 2014. This led her to create a safe environment for girls by discipling them, providing them with housing, and skills training.
Grace created the organization’s name by drawing inspiration from the Swahili word ‘Neema,’ which means grace. Grace chose the name Neema to symbolize the transformative grace of God, believing that through His grace, the girls can overcome their circumstances and rewrite their stories.
